Returns – ENGLISH
If you wish to make a return and have placed the order by creating a customer account on https://paintings-sales.com/, please fill in the return form existing in your customer account.
If you placed the order by phone or by mail, for return, please send us an email to office@carboysafety.com, mentioning your name and first name, order number, returned product code (s), courier company with which we – you returned the product, the AWB received from the courier company and the IBAN account together with its holder, to reimburse you the amount related to the products.
To be returned, the product must not be used and be in the same conditions as you received it. He must also be in the original packaging and have the original label attached. In order to repay the money, we need proof of the purchase. Send the products to our headquarters (the address is at the bottom of the page). For the return you can use any courier you want, except the Romanian Post, but the cost of transport will come back.
Returned parcels with cash on delivery will be automatically rejected.
Money back (if applicable)
As soon as the product has reached us and has been inspected, we will send you an e-mail notification of receipt. We will also send you a notification specifying whether the request has been approved or rejected. If the application was approved, the process of repaying the money will be initiated and the amount will be automatically issued to the credit card within 14 days. For orders with payment on delivery (CoD) The money is repaid only by bank transfer to the account provided by you. Cash cannot be refunded.

Prin finalizarea comenzii, Clientul este de acord că toate datele furnizate comerciantului sunt corecte, complete și adevărate la momentul plasării comenzii la care se face referire în acest document și în comanda emisă.
Livrările vor fi făcute în termen de 5-15 de zile (in funcție de zona) de la efectuarea comenzii. În cazul în care produsul va fi livrat cu termenul limită menționat mai sus, CAR BOY KIDLAND SRL va informa Clientul prin e-mail în termen de 7 zile de la plasarea comenzii, iar Clientul poate renunța la comandă fără dreptul de a solicita daune.
If you no longer want the purchased items and want to return them, please follow the steps above, depending on how you placed the order. By completing the order, the Customer agrees that all the data provided to the merchant are correct, complete and true at the time of placing the order referred to in this document and in the order issued. In the event that the product will be delivered with the deadline mentioned above, CAR BOY KIDLAND SRL will inform the Customer by e-mail within 7 days from placing the order, and the Customer may cancel the order without the right to claim damages.
The CAR BOY KIDLAND SRL client may refuse to receive the package containing the products purchased under a contract or, as the case may be, to return the products in the following situations:
1. The package presents serious damages;
2. The products were delivered / invoiced incorrectly;
3. The products have manufacturing defects;
4. The products do not correspond to the description.
The customer must notify CAR BOY KIDLAND SRL of its intention to return the purchased products by any written communication (sent by e-mail or by filling in the return form) within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the products.
The customer who has notified CAR BOY KIDLAND SRL has the responsibility to ensure that the products he sends are returned within 30 calendar days, otherwise CAR BOY KIDLAND SRL considers that the complaint is unfounded and can refuse the return.
In case of return of the product, the request will be made within 30 calendar days from the notification of the intention to withdraw from the contract, subject to the confirmation of the return.
Products are not replaced / changed.
Please note that the products must be returned in the original packaging with the original label.
The value of the additional services paid by the customer, including, but not limited to the transport of the products, is not reimbursed.
In all cases, the costs of return / re-shipment will be borne by the customer, except for the situations described above as well as in case of non-compliance, situation in which CAR BOY KIDLAND SRL will bear the value of the transport.
Delay or lack of money (if applicable)
If you did not receive the money, check with the bank again, as it may take a while for the card to arrive.

Return transportation
First, contact the desired courier company to return the product.
Returns cannot be made through the Romanian Post. We do not assume the loss of packages if you call for this service.
If you send a product with a value of more than 300 lei, it is recommended to use a transport system that allows the use of a tracking code or to purchase a transport insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will be in possession of the return.

Politica de retur – Limba Română
Daca doriti sa faceti un retur si ati plasat comanda creandu-va un cont de client pe https://paintings-sales.com/ , va rugam sa completati formularul de retur existent in contul dumneavoastra de client.
Daca ati plasat comanda telefonic sau prin intermediul unui mail, pentru retur, va rugam sa ne trimiteti un mail la adresa office@carboysafety.com, mentionand numele si prenumele dumneavoastra, numarul comenzii, codul/codurile produselor returnate, firma de curierat cu care ne-ati returnat produsul, AWB-ul primit din partea firmei de curierat si contul IBAN impreuna cu titularul acestuia, pentru a va rambursa suma aferenta produselor.
Pentru a fi returnat, produsul trebuie sa nu fie folosit si sa fie in aceleasi conditii in care l-ati primit. De asemenea el trebuie sa fie in ambalajul original si sa aiba atasata eticheta originala.
Pentru a rambursa banii, avem nevoie de dovada achizitiei.
Trimiteti produsele catre sediul nostru (adresa se regaseste la finalul paginii). Pentru retur puteti folosi orice curier doriti, exceptand Posta Romana, insa costul transportului va revine.
Coletele trimise retur cu ramburs vor fi automat refuzate.
Inapoierea banilor (daca se aplica)
De indata ce produsul a ajuns la noi si a fost inspectat, noi va vom trimite prin e-mail o notificare de primire. De asemenea va vom trimite si o notificare in care se specifica daca cererea a fost aprobata sau respinsa.
Daca cererea a fost aprobata, procesul de rambursare a banilor va fi initiat si suma va fi automat emisa catre cardul de credit in maximum 14 zile.
Pentru comenzile cu plata la livrare (CoD)
Rambursarea banilor se face numai prin virament bancar, catre contul furnizat de dumneavoastra. Nu se pot restitui banii cash.

7.6.1. Clientul CAR BOY KIDLAND SRL poate refuza să primească pachetul care conține produsele achiziționate printr-un contract sau, după caz, să returneze produsele în următoarele situații:
- Pachetul prezintă daune grave;
- Produsele au fost livrate / facturate incorect;
- Produsele prezintă defecte de fabricație;
- Produsele nu corespund descrierii.
Clientul trebuie să notifice CAR BOY KIDLAND SRL de intenția sa de a returna produsele achiziționate prin orice comunicare scrisă (transmisa pe e-mail sau prin completarea formularului de retur) în termen de 30 zile calendaristice de la primirea produselor.
Clientul care a notificat CAR BOY KIDLAND SRL conform articolului 7.6.1.2 are responsabilitatea de a se asigura că produsele pe care le trimite sunt returnate în termen de 30 zile calendaristice, altfel CAR BOY KIDLAND SRL consideră că reclamația este neîntemeiată și poate refuza returnarea.
În cazul restituirii produsului, demersul va fi făcut în termen de 30 zile calendaristice de la notificarea intenției de retragere din contract, sub rezerva confirmării returnării.
Produsele nu se înlocuiesc / schimbă.
Precizăm faptul că produsele trebuie sa fie returnate în ambalajul original, cu eticheta originală.
Valoarea serviciilor suplimentare plătite de client, inclusiv, dar fără a se limita la transportul produselor, nu se rambursează.
În toate cazurile, costurile de returnare / re-expediție vor fi suportate de client, cu excepția situațiilor descrise la punctele 7.6.1.1; 7.6.1.2; 7.6.1.3 precum și în caz de neconformitate, situație în care CAR BOY KIDLAND SRL va suporta valoarea transportului.
Intarzierea sau lipsa banilor (daca se aplica)
Daca nu ati primit banii, verificati din nou cu banca, deoarece este posibil sa dureze o perioada pana ce banii ajung pe card.

Transport Retur
Mai intai, contactati firma de curierat dorita, pentru a returna produsul.
Retururile nu pot fi efectuate prin intermediul Postei Romane. Nu ne asumam pierderea coletelor daca apelati la acest serviciu.
Daca trimiteti un produs cu o valoare mai mare de 300 lei, este recomandat sa folositi un sistem de transport ce permite utilizarea unui cod de urmarire sau sa achizitionati o asigurare de transport. Noi nu va putem garanta ca vom intra in posesia returului.
